About The Course

Our little chefs will learn to make Baked Apricots and Greek Salad Pitas

Class shopping list

  • 2 apricots (or peaches)
  • 1 tbsp White granulated or brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Vanilla Ice cream (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1, 8"whole pita bread
  • 2 tbsp Hummus (optional)

Supplies: 

· Oven, preheated to 375F (only adults should be using oven!)

·  Greased baking tray or cookie sheet

·  Large mixing bowl x 2

·  Set of measuring spoons and cups

·  Scoop or large spoon

·  Mixing spoons

· Knife (Knives should be used under close adult supervision!)

Important: This will be a small group live cooking class held via Zoom. Once you register you will receive a link to the meeting. No special equipment is required, you can use your phone or computer to participate in the class. Adult supervision is required.
