About The Course

Our little chefs will learn to make a chickpea, avocado salad and a sweet ricotta strawberry parfait

Class shopping list

  • ½ can chickpeas
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup cilantro or parsley
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • Juice of ½ lime or lemon
  • 4 large strawberries
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ 15 oz carton part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper 

Supplies: 

· Blender (optional)

·  Knife, adult supervision is required

·  Set of measuring spoons and cups

· Medium sized bowl

Important: This will be a small group live cooking class held via Zoom. Once you register you will receive a link to the meeting. No special equipment is required, you can use your phone or computer to participate in the class. Adult supervision is required.
