About The Course

Our little chefs will learn to make Italian Cake and Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich

Class shopping list

  • 20 vanilla wafers (or any other cookie)
  • ½ cup crushed canned pineapple
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 heaping tbsp whipped topping
  • 4 heaping tsp shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp prepared pesto
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese (or ½ cup shredded)
  • fresh basil (optional)

Supplies: 

· Can opener

·  Oven - adult supervision is required

·  Baking sheet

·  Small dish/cake dish or 4 individual-sized cups

·  Child safe knife - adult supervision is required

·  Chopping board

·  Set of measuring spoons and cups

· Medium sized bowls, utensils

Important: This will be a small group live cooking class held via Zoom. Once you register you will receive a link to the meeting. No special equipment is required, you can use your phone or computer to participate in the class. Adult supervision is required.
