About The Course

Our little chefs will learn to make Smashed Potatoes and Strawberry S’mores 

Shopping List*

• 1 cup baby gold potatoes (or other small potatoes) 

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 2 cloves garlic

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp pepper

• 2 graham crackers

• 2 medium strawberries

• 2 tbsp chocolate chips (or 4 small pieces from a chocolate bar) 

• ¼ cup mini marshmallows (or two large marshmallows) 


• Oven, preheated to broil (only adults should be using oven!)

• Greased foil lined baking tray

• Microwave (adult supervision required!)

• Knife and cutting board 

• Jar or meat tenderizer for smashing 

• Microwave-safe bowl or baking pan with lid or plate to cover

• Microwave-safe plate 

• Set of measuring spoons and cups

Important: This will be a small group live cooking class held via Zoom. Once you register you will receive a link to the meeting. No special equipment is required, you can use your phone or computer to participate in the class. Adult supervision is required.
