About The Course

Virtual Hands-on Cooking - 4 week session

Course Description: iCook is offering a fully-immersive virtual cooking program for our young chefs. This spring, our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes using fresh and colorful ingredients. We will travel across the globe to learn about cuisine and traditions. We will learn about fresh herbs and how they enhance the aroma and flavors of our dishes, along with mastering  cooking safety, slicing, dicing, chopping, folding, baking, zesting, mixing, and more! We provide the recipes, cooking tips and talking points to create recipe sharing and learning at home easier and more fun.

Classes on Mondays 5:00pm - 6:00pm CDT, April 13th - May 4th

Supplies: You will receive a list of supplies and ingredients for each class once you register.

Important: This will be a group live class held via Zoom. Once you register you will receive a link to the meeting. No special equipment is required, you can use your phone or computer to participate in the class. Adult supervision may be required for some of the activities.
