Programs will include three live classes per day, pre-recorded videos as well as unplugged assignments, downloadable activities, creative art and craft projects.

What supplies and equipment will I need?

All live classes and videos can be accessed via smartphone, tablet, PC, or Mac; no special equipment is required.

Once you register for the camp you will receive a list of all the supplies needed for the camp. Supplies are not included in the price of the camp but will not be costly or difficult to source.

Supplies may include ingredients for live cooking classes, supplies for art projects etc. Supplies are kept to a minimum and many classes and activities do not require any additional supplies.

What if I miss a live class? Are there make-ups?

Missed live classes cannot be made up at a later time. Pre-recorded videos and downloadable activities can be accessed at any time during the camp.

How much parent participation is required?

The vast majority of camp will not require parent participation or involvement. Depending on your child’s reading level, they may need more assistance with some projects. Note some activities require parent supervision. For example, if a cooking class requires use of an oven, parents will be asked to put the dish in and take it out of the oven.

How will my child’s privacy be protected in the virtual setting?”
All families registered for Together We Camp programming elect to participate in both the live and at-your-own-pace activities at their own risk. However, Together We Camp will put measures in place to ensure the security of our live programming by sending password-protected meeting links to only families registered for camp. Additionally, it is recommended that any families with privacy concerns turn off their device’s audio and video recording capabilities when participating in live lessons. Additionally, all families are given the opportunity to opt-in or out of media releases during the registration process.
