About The Course
This spring, our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes using fresh and colorful ingredients. We will travel across the globe to learn about cuisine and traditions of Greece, Philippines, and more! We will learn about fresh herbs and how they enhance the aroma and flavors of our dishes. We will master cooking safety, slicing, dicing, chopping, folding, baking, zesting, mixing, and more!
WHEN: Tuesday 3:30 - 4:30pm
DATES: March 24th - May 26th
NO CLASS: April 7th
DURATION: 9 weeks
Registration deadline is March 17th.
Minimum enrollment 10 students
