About the event
Brand new recipes and curriculum! This winter, our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes using fresh and colorful ingredients. We will travel across the globe to learn about cuisine and traditions
of Europe, Mexico, Mediterranean region, and more! We will learn about fresh herbs and how they enhance the aroma and flavors of our dishes. We will master cooking safety, slicing, dicing, chopping, folding, baking, zesting, mixing, and more!
WHEN: Tuesday afternoons
TIME: 3:20-4:20 pm
DATES: January 28th - March 31st
NO CLASS: Feb 19th
PRICE: - $258 for 9 weeks session (includes supplies and ingredients for two recipes for each class)
