Our little chefs will learn to make Italian Cake and Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich
Class shopping list
- 20 vanilla wafers (or any other cookie)
- ½ cup crushed canned pineapple
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 heaping tbsp whipped topping
- 4 heaping tsp shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 tomato
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tbsp prepared pesto
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese (or ½ cup shredded)
- fresh basil (optional)
Supplies:Â
· Can opener
·  Oven - adult supervision is required
·  Baking sheet
·  Small dish/cake dish or 4 individual-sized cups
·  Child safe knife - adult supervision is required
·  Chopping board
·  Set of measuring spoons and cups
· Medium sized bowls, utensils
Important: This will be a small group live cooking class held via Zoom. Once you register you will receive a link to the meeting. No special equipment is required, you can use your phone or computer to participate in the class. Adult supervision is required.
