About the event
Our little chefs will learn to make Pineapple Sundae, Ice-Cream Sandwich
Class shopping list
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
 - 3 tbsp orange juice
 - 1 ½ tsp honey
 - ¾ tsp cinnamon
 - ½ tsp ground ginger
 - 2 cups chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
 - 2 cups ice cream or frozen yogurt or Greek yogurt
 - Optional sundae toppings: nuts, shredded coconut, granola
 - ¾ cup pecans OR 1 cup pretzels
 - ¾ cup pitted Medjool dates (about 8 dates)
 - ¾ cup rolled oats
 - ¼ tsp salt (plus an extra pinch)
 - 3 large frozen bananas
 - ½ cup frozen blueberries (or any other fruit)
 - ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 
Supplies:
· Blender or food processor (Adult Use)
· Can opener (if using canned pineapple)
· Aluminum foil or parchment paper
· Oven (Adult Use)
· Baking sheet
· Child safe knife
· Chopping board
· Set of measuring spoons and cups
· Medium and individual-sized bowls, utensils
Important: This will be a small group live cooking class held via Zoom. Once you register you will receive a link to the meeting. No special equipment is required, you can use your phone or computer to participate in the class. Adult supervision is required.
