Pritzker Elementary

This spring, our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious (and nutritious) superfood for superheroes! From vitamins, to antioxidants, to protein, we will use and learn about ingredients that keep our bodies operating at peak performance. Our little chefs will build on their knowledge of cooking safety and the fundamental cooking techniques including peeling, blending, melting, slicing, dicing, chopping and more.

PRICE:   $150 for 6-week session (includes all supplies and Ingredients for two recipes/class)
