Happy 4th of July from the iCook family to yours! To celebrate, we've concocted a delicious (but still healthy!) fruit-filled beverage for kids and adults alike. This slushie features lots and lots of watermelon, our favorite summertime treat. Fresh kiwi, lime, and mint give it that extra flavor, and we couldn't resist throwing a little yogurt in to give a little kick of protein on a high-energy day.
This recipe requires chopping, measuring, zesting, and juicing...which make it a great recipe for kids to show off their cooking skills (with some help from adults with the blender, of course.)
