Our classes don't end when school does, let your little chefs start, or continue, their culinary journey with us this summer. We provide a variety of fun and educational culinary classes, where each lesson is a new tasty adventure. Theme 1: European Summer Vacation
Our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes inspired by cuisine from Europe. Each class will focus on a new country and its unique dishes. Students will enjoy pain de mais from France, wedding cookies from Greece, gazpacho from Portugal, and so much more! Foundational cooking skills will be taught, including proper techniques for measuring, mixing, slicing, dicing, and of course, kitchen safety! We hope to see you in the kitchen this summer! All ingredients and supplies will be provided!
Theme 2: Delicious Desserts
Our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious desserts. We will explore ingredients familiar and new to learn how desserts can be healthy AND delicious. Students will make Fudgy Pumpkin Brownies, Blueberry Muffins, Sweet Potato Mini Pies, and so much more! Foundational cooking skills will be taught, including proper techniques for measuring, mixing, slicing, dicing, and of course, kitchen safety! We hope to see you in the kitchen this summer! All ingredients and supplies will be provided!
